​What We Provide:

Marketing: We are skilled at marketing your home by providing multiple online listings, detailed descriptions and photos.

Rental Contracts: All our contracts include information regarding all deposits, rental fees, cleaning and damage deposits, as well as a bulleted list of rules and regulations for every guest.

Fee Collection: Northland Cabin Care is responsible for the collection of all fees and taxes associated with rentals. Deposits are required at the time of booking and final balances due are required 60 days prior to occupancy to ensure fewer cancellations.

Competitive but Affordable Rates: We are able to list your rental at rates that will make you a profit, but still provide affordability to our guests. Renters can book with confidence knowing that they are getting the best service for their money.

Cleaning Services: You’ll never have to worry about the cleanliness of your home. Northland Cabin Care has a full staff of professional housekeepers to make sure your home is cared for and cleaned from top to bottom before and after every rental.

Owner Reimbursements: Northland Cabin Care truly takes all the work and worry out of getting paid for your home. With detailed and itemized monthly rental reimbursements sent directly to you, renting your home has never been safer or easier!
​What You Provide:

Maintenance: Cabin owners are responsible for maintaining the home and property and upholding lodging standards of Northland Cabin Care. Help with maintenance services is available through Northland Cabin Care upon request. See our Property Maintenance services information.

Amenities: Owners are required to provide basic guest amenities such as cable, internet, extra bedding and AC. Specific guidelines regarding amenities are provided in Management contracts.

Private Dock: Owners are required to provide a private dock for guest usage.

Furnished Accommodations: Every cabin must be fully furnished and stocked with kitchen items, dishes, flatware and cutlery.
