"Summer of 2017 will be our third consecutive year with Northland Cabin Care.  We are a large group consisting of three families that started going 'Up North' together 29 years ago.  We did the resort thing when kids were young and progressed to private cabin rentals for several years. We did VRBO and generally had good experiences, but it was in 2015 that we really discovered the benefits of Northland Cabin Care. Our VRBO property changed hands and canceled on us with little time to secure another rental. We contacted Northland Cabin Care and they were able to set us up with a promising property on Gull Lake despite the large numbers to our group. A week before our trip was scheduled, the storm of 2015 ripped through the Brainerd Lakes area and the cabin we were scheduled to rent received extensive damage making it unavailable.  Hundreds of other vacationers were also displaced and we thought we were going to miss our first year after a run of over 25 years. Northland Cabin Care contacted one of their other property owners not scheduled for rent that week and made arrangements for us to stay at Whispering Pines. We were back in business.  Whispering Pines turned out to be a perfect match for our group in 2015, 2016 and we look forward to 2017. Communication with Northland Cabin Care has always been uncomplicated. They have gone over and above for our group and we are grateful for the service they provide."
